Emelle's catered our wedding in Gibsons. Mary Lee made a fantastic menu. They were so accommodating for those with dietary requirements, going the extra mile for them to make sure they were catered to as well. We got so many compliments on the food with people telling us it was the "best wedding food they ever had" on multiple occasions. Their short rib in particular was amazing, and the Oreo cake was the perfect desert. They also did a late night snack pretzel bar that everyone loved. Fantastic catering company with great attention to detail!

Last week, I had a morning meeting with my team at 8:00 AM, and I thought it would be a great idea to bring them breakfast. I asked myself: where can I get something delicious, nutritious, filling, and guaranteed to make my team happy? Of course—Emelle’s Catering was the perfect choice. They open their cafe at 7:00 AM, which was ideal. I stopped by, placed my order, then went to run some errands and pick up materials I needed. When I came back, the order was ready right on time. I don’t remember the name of the young lady who helped me, but she was very kind and helpful. Emelle’s Catering offers a great variety of breakfast options, and everything they make is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them! Emelles did an absolutely amazing job catering our September wedding. Nicole was great at working with us to create a menu that we were in love with. We ended up being offered two tastings just to ensure that all menu changes from the first were to our taste. On the day of, food was absolutely superb and our guests loved it as well. There were a lot of compliments, especially for the Mac and Cheese. The catering staff were also excellent, getting everything prepared, set up, served, and coordinated.

We had a post wedding cocktail event of approx 60 people. I was very impressed with the services and the food provided. Our guests seem to enjoy the food very much. Very tasty and appropriate selections. The staff were very courteous and thoughtful. Our food plan included a risotto bar which was a creative suggestion for that size of event. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emelle’s.

Emelle's recently catered our 5th Birthday celebrations and we were thrilled. Ordering and payment was so easy, delivery was prompt, staff were lovely, and most importantly the food was amazing! We had a selection of many different types of finger food and everything was delicious and easy for our clients and friends to eat without making a mess. We wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, or to recommend them to others.

From the very beginning, Renan was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our requests, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the event, the staff member who came to serve was equally professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring everything ran perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and received many compliments from our guests. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Emelle's for our educational presentation at Vancouver Coastal Health, where we are vendors. Emelle's catered the event, and their professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out throughout the entire process.
